Shipping Policy

1.1 Delivery

If we offer shipping for the purchased products, your order will be delivered within the shipping area offered by NoahBeYou to the delivery address provided by you during checkout, unless another arrangement has been expressly agreed upon.

The shipping address submitted as part of your order will be used to process and deliver your purchase.

1.2 Failed Delivery

If an order cannot be delivered due to circumstances caused by the customer, the customer may be responsible for reasonable additional costs resulting from the failed delivery.

This does not affect your statutory right of withdrawal. Where a valid withdrawal is exercised, the rules regarding return shipping costs stated in our Return & Refund Policy will apply.

1.3 Transfer of Risk

If you are purchasing as a business, the risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods generally passes to you once the order has been handed over to the carrier or other party responsible for delivery.

If you are purchasing as a consumer, the risk of accidental loss or damage generally remains with us until the order has been delivered to you or to a person authorized by you to receive it.

An exception may apply if you independently arrange a carrier or delivery service that was not offered or selected by us.

1.4 Product Availability

We reserve the right to cancel an order if we are unexpectedly unable to obtain or supply the ordered product through no fault of our own.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will let you know as soon as possible.

If we are unable to fulfill all or part of your order, any applicable payment for the unavailable products will be refunded without undue delay.

1.5 Local Pickup

For logistical reasons, local pickup is currently not available.

All orders are shipped directly to the delivery address provided during checkout. 💗
