A. Right of Withdrawal

Right to Cancel

If you are a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, receives the goods.

You must clearly inform us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You may do this by email or by using the withdrawal form provided below.

Sending your withdrawal request before the 14-day period expires is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Refunds After Withdrawal

If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund the payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option.

Any additional shipping costs resulting from choosing a more expensive delivery method are not refundable.

Your refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless another method has been expressly agreed upon.

We may withhold your refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide proof that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.

Once your withdrawal has been communicated to us, the goods must be returned within 14 days.

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Condition of Returned Items

You may inspect the product in the same way you reasonably would in a physical store.

You may be responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to determine the product's condition, characteristics, and functionality.

Whenever possible, please return your item:

  • Clean and undamaged

  • With any original accessories included

  • In its original packaging, if available

  • Securely packaged to prevent damage during transport

If the original packaging is no longer available, please use suitable protective packaging.

Please do not send returns to us cash on delivery or with unpaid postage.

These recommendations do not affect your statutory right of withdrawal.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at noahwhite.beyou@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and, where possible, photos showing the issue.

We’ll review the situation and help arrange an appropriate solution. 💗

Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and reviewed, we will process any applicable refund to your original payment method.

Please keep in mind that your bank, credit card provider, or payment service may require additional time to display the refund in your account.
